Gofio Escaldado also known as Escaldón de Gofio (Gofio Mixed with Fish or Meat stock)

Ingredients:
1l. strained fish stock, 1 sprig of mint, 200 g gofio.

Method:
Put the gofio into a bowl with the sprig of mint and gradually add the boiling stock to it, stirring quickly to prevent lumps from forming.

You can also make it with vegetable stock or stew.
